Apprentice Day at Salmatec! ☀️
On Wednesday, September 2, our apprentices headed out together to Heide Park Soltau! 🎢
As we do every year, we intentionally schedule our Apprentice Day close to the start of the training program so everyone can get to know each other better right away, make initial connections, and kick off their training period together as a team. With perfect weather and plenty of good cheer, there was, of course, no shortage of fun. 🙌
It was a varied day away from the daily work routine, providing many shared experiences, lots of fun, and hopefully some lasting memories. 💚
