All of the MAXIMA pelleting presses have a vertically running die in which, depending on the product processed, two or three roller assemblies deliver maximum pressure. The MAXIMA pelleting presses have a quiet, single-stage V-belt drive that ensures even distribution of force. The heart of the pelleting machine, the generously dimensioned arrangement of the spherical rotor bearings, provides the machine with sufficient reserves to handle even the greatest loads. The press door can be hinged open along the entire pressing range, allowing easy access to the pressing tools. All MAXIMA pelleting presses have extensive safety features. These include an overload flap, permanent magnets, shear bolts and overload couplings, safety switches, and much more. |
